sci申请延长返修时间，有没有模板?

　　sci论文投稿后多数是会返修的，而有的作者比较忙没有在规定时间内完成修改工作，这时要申请延长返修时间，询问有没有参考模板?一般是有一次延期申请的机会，作者申请理由一定要充分，如下是三个可以参考的模板：

　　感谢您给我们一个机会进行重大修改，将我们的手稿提高到适合在贵刊上发表的水平。然而，我们需要一个新的延长期限，以便进一步修订。您能把截止日期延长到XXX吗?

　　Dear XXX,

　　Thanks for your email informing us that our manuscript entitled "XXX" (Manuscript ID: XXX ) is due for revision. We appreciate that you gave us a chance of major revision to improve our manuscript to meet the publication requirements of your journal.
