谷氨酸脱氢酶广泛存在于动植物和微生物体内,但是国内使用还是依赖进口的比较多,加大了成本,为此很多生物、医学人员也会做谷氨酸方面的研究,发表这方面的论文,为此学术顾问在这里整理了40篇谷氨酸方向的文献,大家可作为参考:
