IEICE TRANSACTIONS ON FUNDAMENTALS OF ELECTRONICS COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPUTER SCIENCES

The IEICE (The Intitute of Electronics Information and Communication Engineers) was founded over 80 years ago and is Japanís largest professional engineering society with over 42 000 members. The society has an international reputation as a leading force in the investigation and exchange of knowledge on the science and technology of electronics information and communication.
